November 2026
Jack Frost has had it’s way with our garden. Low light levels and cooler temperatures have ended our cut flower season. Now, it’s time to concentrate on dried florals as we prepare for next spring. Already we have hundreds of snapdragon & sweet pea seedlings growing in our hoop houses along with ranunculus and campanula. Tulips will go into the ground this month and hyacinths will be grown in crates and stored in our cooler until April.
The workshop has converted over to dried florals. We have hundreds of colorful stems to choose from. Daffodils, statice, marigolds, celosia, goldenrod, yarrow, hydrangeas, larkspur, strawflowers, lavender, sunflowers and amaranth along with multiple grasses, and seed pods will be twisted into wreaths and arrangements while supplies last.
